The Rolling festival in Vestfossen 2022

General information from earlier years

3 days of rolling and learning traditional paddling skills. You can sign up for 1, 2 or 3 days. World-class instructors will teach you all they know. You get to learn rolling at any skill level. The price also includes a common evening meal and a small evening program. Accommodation in your own tent across the street from the Chapell, or you can rent a room nearby or stay in a campsite at your own coast.  

There will be classes every day for all levels. From introduction/beginners' classes to the straight jacket roll. As usual, we have Dubside with us for three days. He has been here every year and is one of the most skilled rollers and rope gymnasts in the world. He has judged rolling competitions in many places, including Greenland. He often brings various movies from the competitions in Greenland and if you have any questions on either rolling or rules, Dubside is the man to ask!

There will be classes during the day split into two sessions. One before and one after lunch. The programme starts at 9.30 and runs till 15.30. During the evenings it's possible to stay at the Chapell and enjoy good company, work with rope techniques and relax.
