General info about paddle making classes

It is possible to make your own paddle in one day. The paddle needs some extra finishing after the course, but it is constructed and sanded smooth at the end of the course. The course lasts about 9 hours. You make your own paddle from scratch, and will aside from learning how also the why in theory and history of the original arctic paddle.

A kayak club usually arranges paddle building courses, but every once in a while we have courses for everyone. Dates and information are available in the Calendar.

The price for attending a paddle making course is 1580.- NOK.
