Atiaza AB sells goods via the internet to companies in Sweden with personal or organization numbers. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or older. 

The agreement is entered into mainly in connection with the customer's electronic order on the website. 

In addition, a purchase agreement can be entered into either in writing by e-mail or orally by telephone. The agreement is considered entered into, when the consumer has pressed the buy button and thereby approves the purchase terms. Order confirmation is always sent out and if the customer has not received any order confirmation, the customer should contact the company.

Prices:

All stated prices are usually excluding VAT and stated in SEK unless otherwise clearly stated. Shipping costs will be added.

Delivery of your goods takes place to the address you have given when registering. As a customer, you are responsible for keeping your information up to date and thus giving us the opportunity to deliver to the right address.

Atiaza AB reserves the right to make image or writing errors on the website. Examples of such errors may be incorrect information in the product description, that an image does not reflect the exact appearance of the product or that the incorrect price of an item is stated. 

Atiaza AB reserves the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

Payment:

Payment against invoice or advance payment. Atiaza AB has the right to perform a credit check where necessary to be able to grant credit time.  

Right of withdrawal:

According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (SFS 2005: 59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to food and other groceries.
